Ways you can Donate

All monetary donations, except for the transaction fees withdrawn by financial institutions, goes towards the purchasing of supplies for Story County Students.

There are two ways you can donate:

1. You can donate by sending a check to our fiscal agent:

   United Way of Story County

   c/o Blast Back to School Supply Program

   315 Clark Ave.

   Ames, IA 50010

2. You can donate by going to the United Way’s “Donate” website and make your donation there. Please specify “Blast Back to School" where is asks for “Association with a special project”, there is a space to type in a custom program where it says “If other, please specify.” You can make your online monetary donation by clicking on the button below.

Story County students need about $100 worth of school supplies every year, not including required technologies. If you would like to help out our Story County Students by donating school supplies, you can view the school supply Sign-up Genius and sign up to donate supplies to our event by clicking on the button below.

Supply donation locations will be listed in May of 2024. Please check back with us then!

If you would like to donate your place of business as a Supply Drop-off Location, please click the button below and fill out the Google form. Someone will be in contact with you soon.
